Morning
Visit the iconic Tusks in Mombasa well known as Pembe Za Ndovu which are historic monuments constructed to commemorate the visit of the British Royal Family. This are a significant landmark in Mombasa built in an M shape symbolizing the first letter of Mombasa. Get to learn more about the monuments rich history behind it and take pictures to capture the memorable moments.

Get to explore the historic Fort Jesus built by the Portuguese to protect their trade route. The fort is an iconic landmark and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, recognized for its significance in the History of East Africa. Learn about the insights of the fort, history of Mombasa, explore the forts architecture, canoes, artifacts and exhibition.

Adjacent to the fort Jesus is the Old Town inhabited by the Swahili, Arabs, Asians, Portuguese and British settlers. The town is rich in blend of cultures and architecture styles which was mainly influenced by the Coastal Trade and foreign occupation. Have a stroll in the old town and learn about the town, buy souvenirs, take photos or have coffee in the open-air coffee shops.

Noon
Have Lunch in one of the Swahili Restaurant and get to Taste some of the Swahili dishes offering a blend of Cultural Cuisine and Culinary. Also get to enjoy some of the street foods offering treats like Viazi Karai, Mhogo, Shawarma and other more reflecting the diverse cultural influence on local cuisine.

Afternoon
Visit Haller Park which Formally known as Bamburi Nature Trail. It was an exhausted quarry and was transformed into a showcase of conservation for wildlife. The park is home to a variety of wildlife and features a Giraffe center, Tortoise, Crocodiles farm, Snake Park, Antelopes and notable resident wildlife include Sally the hippo and Potty.

Have a boat ride on a traditional wooden Dhow Cruise when the sun is setting. Glide through the clear waters and enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean accompanied by sounds of the sea and gentle breeze. Enjoy the ride as the sunset paints the sky with vibrant colors.
