Entima Camp Masai Mara is an eco-friendly camp in the Masai Mara National Reserve, overlooking the plains and the Mara River. The camp is near where the Mara River and Talek River meet, right in the heart of the Annual migration area which is only 10min away from the main wildebeest crossing point during the migration. Masai Mara is 270km from Nairobi taking approximately 5-6 hours by road. By plane it is less than an hour from Nairobi landing at Ol Kiombo Airstrip followed by a 25min transfer to the camp.
The camp consists of the main camp and the private wing. Entim’s main wing overlooks the Mara River while the private wing has an intimate bush setting ideal for photography. The camp has 12 new luxury en-suite guest rooms raised on wooden decks overlooking the Mara river. Handsomely decorated using earthly tones with a seamless flow from inside to outside and down the river. Each tent is en-suite with flush toilets and shower and a large secluded verandah with seats.
Entima is designed to give guests a friendly, most intimate, luxury safari experience and best wildlife safari in the Masai Mara. The camp has a cozy lounge area with a small library, separate bar, dinning area which is open -fronted allowing guests the unmatched experience of eating meals while watching the animals move to and from the river to drink and forge for their food. The camps prime location is unrivaled for seeing and photographing animals all year round, but particularly to observe wildlife show; over a million wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes migrating from Serengeti into the Masai Mara.
