Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge is a luxurious safari lodge located on the shores of Lake Naivasha one of the Great Rift valley’s fresh lakes known for its stunning natural beauty and wildlife. The lodge is set on a one hundred and fifty acres of grassland studded with acacia bushes & trees situated on the southern part of the lake and it is approximately 90km which takes 1-hour drive and 45min flight from Nairobi, Kenya’s capital city.
Accommodation provided at the lodge include guest rooms and cottages. There is a total of 21 cottages which consists of 4 rooms each adding up to 84 rooms all with panoramic views of the lodge enviros and the lake. All en-suite guestrooms have air conditioning, televisions, mini bars, telephones, electric safe, tea & coffee-making facility, a spacious open-air veranda.
There is a dining room with huge chandeliers, meals served at the lodge range from continental, Swahili (Kenya coast) and Mediterranean cuisines. There is an outdoor patio with an umbrella-shaped tables for those wishing to enjoy an open-air meal. There are three bars serving drinks, choice wine and other alcoholic drinks. There is an outdoor pool for both children and adults. The lodge also has 4 conference facilities which can hold between 24 -120 guests. The outdoor garden space is also favorable for an ideal wedding reception or a team building activity by the lake shores.
