Mara Eden Safari Camp is a small boutique camp on the banks of the great Mara River, that offers untamed wilderness experience. The camp is situated deep in the Masai Mara Reserve along the Great Mara River famous for wildebeest migration. Mara River offers untouched and untamed valley manifested with crocodiles basking on the banks and Hippos fighting for dominance against a backdrop of Absolute Wilderness. Nairobi is approximately 280km from Masai Mara and usually Takes around 5-6 hours’ drive, while flying time is estimated to be 45min.
The camp has 10 luxurious tents all placed along the banks of the Mara River and Fitted with tea/coffee-making facilities and a furnished veranda for the relaxed game and bird viewing. The tents bathrooms are en suite with hot or cold running water and flush toilets. The tents are adorned with traditional painted African masks and contrasting through rugs.
There is a dining tent that is centrally located and has a dining area that can seat 30 guests. The lounge area has a well- stocked bar serving a variety of beverages. Guests can relax at the sofa lounge with a book, enjoy cocktails with views of the Mara as the sun goes down or warm up at the camp fire that is lit in the evenings. Mara Eden has a plunge Pool where guests can swim and relax with a drink as you enjoy views of the Mara. Guests can also relax in the bush Spa and get a soothing Massage while overlooking the Mara Plains.
