Mara Maisha Camp is a luxury tented camp located just 4.5km from Talek Gate of the world famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. The camp offers 40 fully furnished luxurious units with dining facilities. The camp IS 250km from Nairobi, the capital city and can be accessed by either road or air. By road it is approximately takes 5-6 hours while by air from Wilson Airport takes 45minutes landing in the closest airstrip which is Olkiombo Airstrip that is 14km away from the camp.
There are 73 self-contained tents and they are able to accommodate guests in; 20 Single/twins, 38 doubles, 9 triples, 6 family tents (Two en suite rooms within one tent accommodating a maximum of five). The beds have been custom designed and are locally made using bush logs. All tents have been fully furnished and fitted with Flush toilets, mosquito nets, hot & cold shower, Clothes rack, carpet, a writing desk, a washing basing and many more.
Guests can dine in the open-terrace restaurant overlooking the glorious sunrise and the sunsets in the Mara plains. Chefs prepare fine cuisine that is served along with fruits and fresh vegetables picked from the camps farm. There is a superb designed bar fully stocked with imported and locally liqueurs along with chilled beers, sodas, and fresh juices. The camp has free wi-fi for guests to stay connected with family and friends, swimming pool for rejuvenation, Spa for massage and relaxation, 24 hours security and a conference facility for meetings.
