Mara Ngeche Tented Camp

Mara Ngeche Tented Camp is a small intimate, luxurious and elegant camp that lies in the heart of Masai Mara. The camp is well hidden in the beautiful panorama of ravine forest offering superb views over the confluence of the Mara and Talek River overlooking a hippo pool that is always busy with large animals and crocodiles which are always in close proximity. The camp is 280km from Nairobi the capital city and can be accessed by road which is 5-6hours drive away, flying from Wilson airport takes 45min landing at Ol Kiombo the closest Airstrip. The camp is 25min drive from Ol Kiombo airstrip.

The camp has 12 specious well-appointed tents which are en-suite and decorated with amazing fusion of modern African decor with old world charm. Each tent is enclosed in its own ‘Boma’. The tents have a large four poster king size bed or two queen size beds offering wonderful views of the river, and equipped with large bathtub and outside shower. Each tent has its own private plunge pool. The camp is unfenced allowing free movement of animals through the grounds offering elegant yet relaxed atmosphere experience of the full adventure of the African Bush.

Dinning and Lounge areas reflect the ambiance of a tented camp but provides the comfort and protection of a permanent building. Guests can enjoy alfresco dining or wind down with a glass of wine at the camp fire listening to the sounds of all kinds of wild animals. At the camp guests can access the wi-fi at the lounge and surrounding areas to keep In touch with the outside world.
