Mara Simba Lodge is a 4-star safari accommodation situated along Talek River, a tributary of the Mara River in the Masai Mara National Reserve between Sekenani and Talek Gates. The Camp can be accessed either by road or by air. The distance from Nairobi to Masai Mara is approximately 280km which takes approximately 5-6hours by road. Flying time is about 45min from Wilson Airport Nairobi, landing to the nearest airport which is Kekorok Airport followed with a short transfer of 13km.
The luxury accommodation offers supreme privacy and luxury with 3 types of accommodation to choose from. There are 84 guestrooms comprising of 60 twin rooms, 16 double rooms, and 8 triple rooms all infused with wood chalets. All rooms are tastefully equipped and furnished with large en suite bathrooms with both baths and showers, a delightful combination of primarily wood with stone walls, constructed to resemble a traditional thatched chalet from the exterior and a country house in the inside. Guests can relate at the private deck or balcony where they ca watch hippos and crocodiles in the water.

Guests can enjoy after dinner evenings around the stone fireplace as they recount the events and sights of the day, relax on the outside patio and watch a shy leopard or herds of elephants.
