Sentinel Mara Camp is a small luxury exclusive eco safari camp located in the heart of the Masai Mara Game Reserve. The camp offers a unique experience, providing guests with a luxurious stay in the midst of the natural beauty and Wildlife of Kenya. The camp can be reached by either road or air, from Nairobi it is approximately 250km which takes 5-6 hours while flying takes about 45min. The camp is situated in the Musiara Marsh area known for its outstanding game viewing, where both The BBC “Big Cats Diaries” and “African Cats’ were filmed.
There are 8 large luxury sleeping tents (2 Family Tents with extra rooms for small children), each fully fitted with a wrought iron 4-poster bed with mosquito net, woven through rugs, canvas closet, luggage rack, work desk, wooden chest and a patio with safari chairs. Each tent along the river is tastefully furnished with camping furniture to capture the romance and adventure of a bygone era.
The camp has a communal lounge and dinning tent where guests can relax and enjoy meals prepared by the chefs. Guests can get to enjoy meals in the dinning area or under the skies with lanterns. The camp provides Wi-Fi as well as charging facilities. The lounge has an area where guests can sit around the campfire in the evenings sipping sundowner drinks as they watch the sunset over the magnificent Masai Mara.
