Amboseli National Park also referred to as the “Land of Giants” due to its large herds of Elephants and the breathtaking snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. Amboseli offers a unique safari experience in Kenya combining its natural beauty, incredible wildlife and birdlife which attracts photographers and wildlife lovers from across the globe.

Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day1; Nairobi-Amboseli

Pick up from Nairobi Airport, Hotel or address. Depart Nairobi for Amboseli National Park, a drive of about 5 hours to Amboseli while enjoying the road trip and picturesque views on the way. Arrive in the lodge in time for lunch and check-in. Enjoy some leisure time fully utilizing the lodge facilities, like swimming pool. In the afternoon head out for your first game drive till sun set. After game drive return to the lodge, dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day2 - 3; Full Day Exploration in Amboseli

During this days you will spend full day in Amboseli National park. Arrange with your driver guide as this two days offer you the option of having Full day game drives, leaving camp with packed lunch or having Morning and Afternoon Safari “This is mostly preferred since most animals are active and offers the chance to witness a kill or hunt”.

Rise early for good views of the Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit, we set off for another stimulating game drive safari. Amboseli is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, from zebras, to the towering Giraffes or the large gigantic herds of elephants in the park. Optional visit to a Masai village (At Extra Coast) is planned late in the afternoon after launch to go get revealed to some songs and dances made by the Masai tribe and their sacred rituals. Later in the evening close the day with an evening game drive, spend overnight at the lodge with an optional bonfire activity at the lodge.

Day 4; Amboseli-Nairobi

Early morning game drive and later return to your lodge for Breakfast. After breakfast check out with a short game drive en-route off Amboseli and drive to Nairobi. On the way you will have a stopover where you can have launch (at own cost). Arrival in Nairobi later in the afternoon followed with a drop off at the airport, hotel or address marking the end of your Kenya wild safari experience.
