Mara Expedition camp is a small intimate camp in Masai Mara, positioned at the bank of the Ntiakitiak river within the private conservancy of Olare Motorogi that borders Mara north conservancy. The camp is approximately 250km and takes around 5-6 hours by road and 45 minutes on flight to the nearest airstrip Ol Kiombo which is 9.9 km away.
There are 5 luxury tents shaded by a natural forest canopy of African ebony trees. The camp is constructed with deference to the wilderness that surrounds it and raised off the ground for minimal environment impact. Mara Expedition camp’s design draws stylistic reference from the old authentic expedition camps of a bygone era. The camp boasts its resident leopards which wander around the premises, also you can get to view the live action scenes of the great migration and lesser-known migration from loita plains.
