Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara – The Journey Begins
The adventure commences with a 7:00 AM departure from Nairobi City Market. You will drive through the Great Rift Valley, arriving at the Masai Mara in time for lunch at your camp or lodge. In the late afternoon, head out for your first introductory game drive. This is an excellent time to spot grazing herds and resident predators as the temperature cools. As the sun sets over the savannah, return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: The Mara River – Witnessing the Migration
After an early breakfast, spend a full day in the heart of the reserve with a packed lunch to maximize your time in the field. The primary focus is the Mara River, where you will wait for the dramatic Great Migration crossings. You will witness thousands of wildebeests and zebras braving crocodile-infested waters while lions and cheetahs patrol the banks. Your expert guide will navigate the best vantage points to ensure you capture the "Big Five" and the high-stakes action of the migration before returning to camp for the evening.
Day 3: Final Game Drive and Return to Nairobi
Start your final day with a sunrise game drive, the best time to see predators such as leopards and hyenas while they are still active. After a mid-morning breakfast, begin your exit from the reserve with a final en-route game viewing. You will then travel back toward the city, arriving in Nairobi by late afternoon. This marks the conclusion of your safari, leaving you with unforgettable memories of the world’s greatest wildlife spectacle
