SOYSAMBU DAY TRIP
Soysambu wildlife conservancy is private own wildlife conservancy on Lake Elemeintaita in Kenya’s Great Rift Valley. There is also a Raptor Center in the Conservancy that is a home for endangered and threatened birds of prey. It was created in 2007 as an entity to conserve the flora, fauna and scenery of Soysambu Ranch. Home of the some of the big five and other many species of animal along the fauna of it. Lake Elemeintaita holds a large number of pink flamingoes that feeds on the algae of the Lake. There are more than 150 species of birds that are recorded within the conservancy.

Full Day Gamedrive
Morning: Arrival & Guided Nature Experience
Arrive at Soysambu Conservancy in the morning and begin your experience with a guided nature walk or game drive, depending on your preference. Explore the conservancy’s open plains, acacia woodlands, and lakeshores while spotting zebras, giraffes, antelopes, buffaloes, and a wide variety of bird species.
Mid-Morning: Bird Watching & Photography
Proceed toward the Lake Elementaita shoreline, a renowned birding hotspot. Enjoy dedicated time for bird watching and photography, with chances to see flamingos, pelicans, and other migratory birds set against the dramatic Rift Valley backdrop.
Lunch Break
Enjoy a packed picnic lunch at a scenic designated area within the conservancy, surrounded by nature and panoramic views.
Afternoon: Leisure Exploration & Scenic Views
After lunch, continue exploring the conservancy at a relaxed pace. Visit historic sites within Soysambu or take a short guided walk to scenic viewpoints overlooking Lake Elementaita. Capture final photographs and enjoy the tranquility of this private conservation area.
Late Afternoon: Departure
Begin your departure in the late afternoon, concluding your one-day Soysambu Conservancy experience with lasting memories of nature and serenity.
