MASAI MARA PRIVATE SAFARI
Safari Overview
Masai Mara is a wildlife reserve in the southwestern Kenya, contiguous with the Tanzania Serengeti National Park. It is renowned for its abundant wildlife such as the Big five (Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant & Buffalo). The term "Big Five" has nothing to do with the size of the animals rather the difficulty in hunting them down. Masai Mara is also part of the larger Serengeti ecosystem which holds the largest annual wildebeest migration involving millions of Wildebeest and zebras, which cross the Mara River from Serengeti National Park (Tanzania) to Masai Mara National Reserve (Kenya) in search of greener pasture. The Annual migration takes place during the month of July to August.
The private Masai Mara safari involves guests travelling on a pop-top 4WD Landcruiser/ Tour van fitted with Long range high frequency radios, plug in sockets, first aid kit, safari guide books and a portable fridge. Guests will not be sharing the Landcruiser/ Tour Van with other travelers, this offers guests privacy and an intimate wild safari experience. The trip includes a road trip (Flight Option Available), stop over at viewpoint and driving along the great rift valley, Game drive Safari experience, extra activity options at Masai Mara such as visiting the Maasai Village for cultural experience, Hot Air Baloon.
Itinerary Highlight
Day1; Pick up in Nairobi proceding to Masai Mara. Evening Game drive.
Day 2; Spend The whole Day In Masai Mara. Morning & Evening Game drives. Optional full day game drive or Extra Activities.
Day 3; Morning game drive, check out. Optional Masai Village Visit. Drive back to Nairobi, Drop off.
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1; Nairobi – Masai Mara
Pick up from Hotel, Airport, Adress or Nairobi. Have a short briefing then commence the drive to Masai Mara via the great rift valley view point, have a stop over for breathtaking view of the floor of the rift valley then prrocede to Masai Mara. Arrive in time for Lunch, check in and have lunch. Relax at the camp/lodge enjoying their facilities and hospitality. Scheduled game drive in the afternoon to take place. Your search for the Big Five starts, with the help of your guide you'll be able to spot several wildlife such as giraffes, zebra, antelops, Cheetah, a number of bird species and also enjoy the views of the Mara plains. Return back to the camp as the sun sets down. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2; Masai Mara
Get to spend the full day at the Masai Mara in search of the Big Five (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino & Buffalo). Leave the camp with packed lunch which will be served in a picnic set up in the wild. Masai Mara is perhaps where the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place; The Great Wildebeest Migration. The annual migration includes millions of wildebeest and zebras migrating from the Serengeti in search of water and pastures. After a wild safari, return to the camp/lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3; Masai Mara – Nairobi
During your last day start with an early morning game drive, then return for breakfast and check out. Afterwards commence your drive back to Nairobi. On arrival you will be dropped at your hotel, airport, address or Nairobi.
