Overview
Samburu national reserve is a captivating and natural wildlife sanctuary in the nothern part of Kenya, located on the banks of the Ewaso Ng'iro river. The reserve is situated 350km from Nairobi and can be acceced through Ngare Mare and Buffalo springs gates. Samburu reserve is famous for its unique ecosystem which supports the Flora and fauna, the reserve has scenic landscape, picturesqure savannah, meandering river and rugged mountain (Koitogor & Ololokwe). Some of the species that can be found in the reserve include Leopard, lion, Cheetah, Dik-dik, Grevey Zebra, Somal Ostrich & Reticulated Giraffe.
